As the Global Brand Experience Manager, you will create an immersive and notable experience that resonates with consumers and reinforces the brand's positioning.
The Role:
- Responsible for developing the global experiential strategy across all customer touchpoints.
- Responsible for designing strategies to enhance the in-store customer experience, aligned with the brand's luxury standards.
- Responsible for driving consistent brand storytelling across all aspects of brand experience across all channels.
- Responsible for working closely with the Innovation, Communication, and Creatives teams to ensure the brand experience is part of the wider marketing and comms agenda.
- Responsible for working with the global insights division to understand consumer trends and behaviours.
The Candidate:
- 6 years plus experience in experiential marketing, ideally with luxury brand experience.
- A proven record in turning experiential marketing strategies into memorable moments for consumers.
- Experienced in brand storytelling and brand narratives to drive brand awareness.
- A passion for raising challenger brand market presence.
