A highly innovative design company is looking to recruit a Graphics Business Development Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leader in the reprographics industry and support them in building their client base. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for ensuring sales targets are met by developing relationships with both new and existing clients. In addition to this, there will be the opportunity of managing specific projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Use different sales strategies to increase revenue for the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure monthly sales targets are met.
- Continuously monitor market trends to ensure the company maintains a competitive position.
- Provide reports to the Regional Sales Manager on performance, market trends and customer feedback.
- Manage client projects ensuring timescales are met.
- Ensure sales activities always adhere to company policies, procedures and standards.
Key Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven track record in the Graphics or Print sector.
- Previous experience working in a Business Development or Sales position.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills showing good communication and leadership.
- Ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel to client sites.
This is a National role and therefore a car allowance will be provided as well as a competitive commission package.
