Carter Murray are pleased to be working with a leading retail and e-commerce brand based in North London who are looking to add an experienced CRM professional to their team with this exciting Senior CRM Executive opportunity.
This role reports into the Group Senior CRM Manager and will enable you to work closely with multiple departments to grow out CRM capabilities across the Group and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
Project management - work with Buying & Merchandising, Digital, Retail, Membership and Brand teams to ensure campaigns are prepared in time and filled with engaging content.
Planning - work closely with the Group Senior CRM Manager to develop and update an email communications plan that achieves both commercial targets and awareness of the brand mission.
- Commercially driven - has experience designing a communications plan to achieve revenue targets
- Team management - demonstrate excellent communication, organisation and project management skills to ensure CRM team prioritise or divide workload effectively and the email communications plan stays on track (briefing, email building, approvals).
Email briefing - ownership of Briefing process ensuring creative requirements are briefed in good time. With support from Design and Marketing teams, create engaging and impactful email communications.
Oversee CRM Assistant in creation of product focused emails.
- Communication and Approvals - communicate internally to update teams on requirements for the email communications plan: chasing updates, sorting amends, ensuring approval in good time.
- Audiences - managing our customer database in Ometria, understanding the database and utilising Ometria's features to increase personalisation and send more relevant communications to customers.
- Membership - develop acquisition plan to grow sales of memberships to new and lapsed audiences.
Skills and Experience Required
Educated to a degree level OR has 2 years of CRM experience
Results driven and comfortable working with commercial targets
Prior experience working with CRM software - e.g. Ometria, Braze, Klaviyo
Analytical mindset - thinks creatively, creates hypotheses, looks to test new ideas
Excellent and clear communicator
Team player and problem solver - collaborative worker, good listener
Approachable and respectful of others
Well-organised and prioritises effectively - have met deadlines across multiple initiatives
Excellent attention to detail

Strong presentation skills
Comfortable using Excel and compiling accurate reporting
