Hybrid Role - 3 office days and requirement to travel to client meetings

The Candidate is seeking a talented and experienced Head of Marketing to join a dynamic healthcare organisation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee digital marketing agencies and manage campaigns across PPC, SEO, and paid social.
  • Optimise website user experience to increase conversions and customer engagement.
  • Manage CRM campaigns, develop content strategies, and nurture customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Analyse performance metrics to measure ROI and optimise digital marketing effectiveness.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget to maximise return on investment.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital brand management, preferably in a lead generation business.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, social media, email, and performance marketing.
  • Experience working in a private equity environment would be desirable.
  • Commercial acumen and ability to identify market opportunities and challenges.
  • Proficiency in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to work calmly under pressure.
  • Strong teamwork and leadership skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with WordPress CMS is a plus.
