A leading digital learning provider is looking for a Head of Marketing to join on a 12 month fixed term contract starting in January or February 2025. The Head of Marketing will be responsible for 3 key product offerings, manage a high performing team and manage global stakeholders to push forward the marketing strategy.

This role will be part of the organisation's senior leadership team and work with colleagues internationally to spearhead the marketing strategy and it's implementation.
Our client offers flexible working whether you are interested in a full time contract or a condensed hours/part time contract.
The team meet in the London office and this is where team based in person meetings will take place.
Description
The Head of Marketing will be responsible for:
- Review of the marketing strategy across 3 key product offerings.
- Development of the marketing strategy into tactical marketing plans to then implement alongside the marketing team.
- Manage stakeholders globally, with peers and team members in Australia, UK and US.
- Working in partnership with the Head of Product and Head of Sales to enhance market position.
- Constant reporting on marketing KPIs and ROI.
- Team management of 5.
Profile
A successful Head of Marketing should have:
- Desirable: B2B marketing background, knowledge and understanding of digital learning or the education sector.
- Operated in a global marketing position.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with an agile approach to working with colleagues across the globe.
- Excellent leader and team manager, with the ability to develop skills and disseminate plans.
- Demonstrable management of digital marketing and digital marketing solutions including Dot Digital, CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365), Power BI reporting, SEO, corporate social media marketing.
- Passionate about harnessing an inclusive work culture.
Job Offer
