Taking full ownership for all Marketing operations development and delivery, under the strategic direction of the Marketing Director. To achieve this delivery, you will have the support of one fulltime Marketing Manager, a website agency, freelance copywriters and co-management of designer (India).

Client Details

Payments/Fintech company in London who are looking for a Head of Marketing Operations on a 12 month FTC. It is a mat cover role.

Description

  • Website ownership and management, including webflow CMS, encompassing design and content
  • This includes the development of high-quality website content that will drive real user engagement, such as targeted case studies and articles
  • Drive SEO
  • Own quality of website content, maximizing quality of UX and minimizing technical errors
  • Content
  • Product Collateral
  • Manage and own all marketing automation and martech
  • Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sales Force
  • The role will report on 'all things marketing'
  • Reports will include observations and recommendations to the Marketing Director.
  • Manage, support and develop Marketing Manager

Profile

  • Minimum of 10 years b2b marketing experience
  • Payments and/or services marketing experience preferred, though B2B services experience is essential
  • Must be able to demonstrate deep expertise and success in marketing operations, including:
  • Substantial experience with developing and managing websites. To include CMS experience, ideally Webflow
  • Good experience of marketing automation, ideally Marketing Cloud
  • Good understanding of marketing tech stack, such as Google Analytics and Hootsuite
  • Substantial experience developing high quality marketing content, such as case studies and collateral
  • Minimum 5 years' experience managing marketing suppliers
  • People management experience preferred
  • Degree and Chartered Institute of Marketing qualification essential
