Head of Sales - Government ServicesLondon/HybridCompetitive salary base + CommissionYou will be leading the government & Defence Services learning sales team and implementing the sales strategy in learning, including management responsibility to deliver growth across the government sector, win new clients and expand existing relationships to ensure current and future success against QA and client objectives.Your Responsibilities

  • Lead a team responsible for driving learning sales in government & defence clients
  • Set individual sales targets from the overall team sales targets allocated in the business targeting process, and manage the process to confirm individual results against target on a monthly/quarterly basis including managing manual adjustments
  • Drive and manage optimum activity by way of KPIs to build effective pipeline in line with team's business growth plan.
  • Motivate, develop and inspire a team of Account
  • Directors/Managers and structure their activity and performance to deliver results.
  • Identify skills gaps in the team and work with the Director, Government Services to ensure appropriate interventions are in place to address the team's development needs.

About you

  • Deep knowledge of government and civil service organisations, structures and working practices.
  • In depth knowledge of how learning and training works.
  • Knowledge of the L&D competitor landscape
  • Customer centric with an entrepreneurial attitude
  • Self-directed leader with a proactive approach
  • Strong personal values that align with QA's
  • Willingness to undertake DBS, BPSS as a minimum and to also take SC, DV, Disclosure Scotland or similar if required for the role
