As a Head of Sales, you'll be a pivotal member of their executive team, working closely with cross-functional teams to champion their mission. We're seeking a strategic thinker with a strong background in SaaS sales and a "hunter" mentality-someone who excels at closing deals and motivating their team to achieve ambitious goals. ??

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Team Leadership: ??

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team to achieve sales goals and exceed revenue targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, playbooks, and processes for high performance
  • Monitor sales KPIs, provide feedback, and coach team members for continuous improvement
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new sales talent to build a strong, effective sales force

Strategic Sales Planning: ??

  • Define and execute strategic sales plans with the executive team to achieve ambitious targets
  • Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and refine strategies
  • Develop playbooks for both inbound and outbound selling to maximize team efficiency
  • Manage forecasting and pipeline for accurate revenue projections and goal alignment

Personal Sales Quota: �?

  • Lead by example by engaging directly with senior executives and key decision-makers
  • Strategize, negotiate, and close deals, building a portfolio of high-value accounts
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention

Cross-Functional Collaboration: ??

  • Partner with marketing, product, SDR, and customer success teams to support sales initiatives
  • Provide insights on customer needs to guide product development and marketing efforts

Reporting & Analytics: ??

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for the executive team
  • Utilize CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) to track, manage, and analyze sales data

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in sales leadership, with a strong SaaS sales background
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas, especially with senior executives
  • Experience in the US market sales; familiarity with L&D, training, or HR leaders is a plus
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
  • Native English speaker - essential
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant experience
