Junior Relationship Manager

We are pleased to be working with a fast growing London based lender, on their search for a Junior Relationship Manager to join the business.

As Junior Relationship Manager, you will work closely with the Relationship Manager, and clients, checking in with them, and having great sales skills and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To engage with former borrowers with a view to funding current or future lending requirements.
  • To engage with current borrowers who may require funding for different or new upcoming projects.
  • To engage with current borrowers to assist with re-financing current loans.
  • To act as a point of contact for existing borrowers within the loan book.
  • To actively engage with all borrowers within the portfolio to help them to understand the support you can offer.
  • To work closely with the loan portfolio management team to prioritise client engagement, based on loan positions and requirements.

Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Sales experience
