Key Account Manager - Hospitality & Food Service Industry (HORECA)

We are seeking a talented Key Account Manager to drive the management and growth of key accounts as well as the acquisition of new business within the hospitality and food service industry (HORECA). Your role will be pivotal in helping clients achieve on-brand, fashion-forward apparel solutions, including bespoke branded embroidery.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional with a strong mix of account management expertise and the ability to develop new business. You’ll have the autonomy to not only manage and nurture key accounts, creating opportunities for repeat business and ongoing revenue growth, but also open doors to new clients within the sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, driving repeat sales and identifying upselling opportunities.
  • New Business Development: Identify, target, and secure new opportunities across the HORECA sector, focusing on medium to large-scale businesses.
  • Develop tailored solutions for clients, ensuring their unique branding and operational needs are met.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales and revenue targets, ensuring a healthy pipeline of opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A proven track record of B2B sales success, ideally within the HORECA or related industries.
  • Strong account management skills combined with the ability to cultivate and expand long-term client relationships.
  • A results-driven, proactive approach with a knack for closing deals and developing new business.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
