Kiosk Manager – £23,000 - £25,000 + Bonus Scheme – Westfield, Stratford and White City
The Role
Beard Surgeon specialises in fragranced grooming products that allow our customers to SMELL Good, LOOK GOOD, and FEEL good. We are rapidly asserting dominance in men's luxury grooming, marking our success by deploying our 4th new kiosks across the UK this year.
In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our brand, overseeing the overall performance and success of the kiosk. This role involves strategic planning, operational management, financial oversight, and ensuring that our kiosks meet company standards and objectives
Note: The role is based at Beard Surgeon kiosk locations. Westfield, Stratford and White City.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and boost profitability.
- Support sales activities and motivate the team to meet and exceed goals.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and development of kiosk staff.
- Monitor sales performance and make data-driven decisions to enhance results.
- Manage budgets and control costs to meet financial objectives.
- Address and resolve escalated customer complaints effectively.
- Foster a positive work environment and encourage team collaboration.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior leadership.

The Benefits:
- Competitive salary starting at £23,000, rising to £25,000 after a successful 3-month probation.
- Performance bonus scheme (2-5% of kiosk revenue) and up to 10% personal bonus.

The Person
- Preferably holds a degree in business or retail management.
- 2+ years of retail management experience preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership and organisational abilities.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proven success in meeting sales targets and managing budgets.
- Flexible to travel between kiosks and work varied hours, including weekends.
- Comfortable standing for long periods.
