Fantastic new interim Lead Channel Manager role to focus on Kid's entertainment content across a wide portfolio of You Tube channels up for grabs from early Jan 2025! If you are an experienced Channel Manager with a massive passion for the social media space and Kid's/Family Entertainment content than hit that apply button now!

You will be working with a passionate, creative and dynamic team focussing on end-to-end channel management and optimisation, submitting creative briefs, approving assets, uploading content and copywriting whilst consistently adhering to YouTube guidelines and best practices. Duties to include:

* Mentor a team tasked with performing day-to-day channel management responsibilities, ensuring that they're working towards the common goal of delivering against business objectives, financial or otherwise.* Reporting monthly to analyse financial results, devise strategy and update on ongoing projects and tasks.* Personally manage some channels and pages within Kids/Family vertical* Manage and establish relationships with key internal stakeholders.* Report internally on quarterly vertical performance.* Create and maintain a social playbook for each of your verticals.* Occasionally edit and transcode videos.* Copywriting, editing channel and video metadata.

The successful candiidate will have at least 4 years relevant experience with YouTube content marketing and analysis, ideally within the Kids/Family Entertainment sector and be YouTube certified. You will have an eagle eye for detail with creative and clear communication skills and good commercial acumen. Strong Adobe Creative Suite and MS Excel skills and a solutions focussed approach is also required.
