We are delighted to be partnering with a leading International IP firm wo are looking for a talented, Marketing Analytics Manager to join their team based in London. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership to shape the firm's data-driven decision-making and enhance client engagement.

The firm has a brilliant reputation, and the marketing & BD team are encouraged to be creative and use insightful data and technology solutions to develop strategies and initiatives. The remit of the role includes:

  • Lead the technology strategy, focusing on innovations to boost process efficiency and new business.
  • Act as the BD&M team’s expert on internal and external technology and data platforms.
  • Evaluate and implement potential new technology solutions, including AI, machine learning, campaign management, CRM, and data analytics.
  • Integrate and optimise technology solutions across business development and marketing operations.
  • Conduct market, client, and competitor research to inform BD&M activities and identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior BD team members to integrate data insights into strategic planning.
  • Provide detailed data analytics and reporting on marketing campaigns to measure success and inform future activities.
  • Maintain the firm’s CRM systems and manage the annual directory submission process.

The successful candidate for this role will have:

  • Proven experience in business development or marketing within legal or professional services.
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to identify commercial opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in IT tools: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a high level of professionalism.
