Description

Key responsibilities of the Marketing Campaign Manager role:

  • Campaign planning & execution: Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns targeting our retail audience.
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Content creation & coordination:
  • Create high-quality assets, including emails, landing pages, social media posts, and other marketing collateral in collaboration with designers and external agencies.
  • Multi-channel delivery: Manage the delivery of campaigns across multiple channels including email, digital advertising, social media, and events to maximise reach and engagement
  • Performance tracking & optimisation: Monitor and report on campaign performance using key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and lead generation.
  • Use data insights to optimise campaigns and improve future performance.
  • Stakeholder management: Liaise with internal stakeholders including sales, product, and compliance teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned and compliant with regulatory standards.
  • Budget management: Oversee the campaign budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies that maximise ROI.
  • Lead nurturing: Implement lead nurturing processes through HubSpot and segmented email campaigns to convert leads into marketing qualified leads (MQLs).
  • Market research & insights: Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and audience behaviour to ensure campaigns remain relevant and impactful

Profile

The successful candidate for the marketing campaign manager role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • At least three years of CRM experience (preferably in HubSpot).
  • Data-driven mindset with a solid understanding of analytics and reporting
  • Ideally will have worked in financial services
