- Marketing manager experience (line manager experience is not necessary)

- Dependable for the implementation of the Advocacy, Engagement and Retention marketing strategy as set out by Director and Senior Marketing Manager of the team.
- Responsible for driving members to engage in the Vitality programme improving our ongoing engagement score and contributing to the success of the digital member journey through driving digital adoption.
- Responsible for driving Xsell leads.
- Responsible for co-ordinating all the key supporting channels and teams needed to execute brilliantly against the Advocacy and engagement strategy including: content and social, design and copy, digital product, CRM and external agencies. Working with other teams in the business to ensure quality standards and deadlines are adhered to.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Monthly and Quaterly reporting of marketing activities and results.
- Senior stakeholder management.
- Developing and implementing tactical plans that support the strategy by channel, budget and KPIs.
- Attendance of key strategic forums as required including Vitality Exco, Engagement forums, Marketing Exco.
- Has substantial marketing experience at Marketing Manager level.
- Experience in managing end-to-end marketing campaigns including strong understanding and practical implementation of personalisation and segmentation.
- Experience in development, implementing, and measuring marketing plans and campaigns using elements of the marketing mix.
- Experience in working with, influencing and presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Experience of managing and delivering multiple priorities/projects to tight deadlines.
- Briefing and managing marketing agencies.
- Excellent collaboration, strategic planning and presentation skills.
