The brand boasts a strong identity, with social media and content playing a pivotal role in enhancing and evolving its presence. We are seeking a passionate individual with deep knowledge of the food and restaurant industry, combined with a flair for creativity and a keen appreciation for brand identity.
The Role:
Social Media, Digital and Press
路Owns content calendar across social, website and newsletters.
路Builds and nurtures a network of content creators across the UK
路Uses content creators to build a bank of imagery and video assets for social media.
路Plans, schedules and posts content across all social media platforms including Instagram and TikTok.
路Creates a highly engaged community on social media platforms and responds to all comments and questions.
路Works with Digital Marketing Manager to produce paid content that supports events, openings and grows brand awareness.
路Identifies key influencers to work with and ensures ROI on spend.
路Produce regular newsletters that are region specific.
路Manage PR agency, set objectives and monitor ROI.
Restaurant Openings and Events
路Works with Head of Brand to plan new restaurant openings 3 months in advance.
路Supports new openings with marketing collateral (menus, bespoke signage)
路Takes responsibility for execution of new opening strategy, setting KPI's, working on social media, event, website (SEO Optimisation), and partnerships.
路Reports on success of launch.
The Person:
路Min 5 years in marketing including social media and content experience.
路Passionate about food, hospitality and restaurant culture.
路Excellent copywriting skills.
路Proven ability to manage and grow social media channels.
路Enjoys attending events and networking.
路Highly organised with ability to work individually and part of a team.
