We are working with a leading sustainable investment management firm who are looking to hire a Marketing Manager into their team in London.

This role is hybrid and they are looking for someone who has some experience with advisory / IFA audiences.

The client are a renowned and well respected investment management firm with a firm focus on sustainability investment across institutional retail and wholesale markets.

They are looking to hire a Marketing Campaign Manager into their team in London - this person will be responsible for IFA/advisory markets.

Description

Key responsibilities of the Marketing Manager:

  • Campaign planning & execution: Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns targeting our retail audience. Ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Content creation & coordination: Create high-quality assets, including emails, landing pages, social media posts, and other marketing collateral in collaboration with designers and external agencies.
  • Multi-channel delivery: Manage the delivery of campaigns across multiple channels including email, digital advertising, social media, and events to maximise reach and engagement.
  • Performance tracking & optimisation: Monitor and report on campaign performance using key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and lead generation. Use data insights to optimise campaigns and improve future performance.
  • Stakeholder management: Liaise with internal stakeholders including sales, product, and compliance teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned and compliant with regulatory standards.
  • Budget management: Oversee the campaign budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies that maximise ROI.
  • Lead nurturing: Implement lead nurturing processes through HubSpot and segmented email campaigns to convert leads into marketing qualified leads (MQLs).
  • Market research & insights: Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and audience behaviour to ensure campaigns remain relevant and impactful.

Profile

The successful candidate for the Marketing Manager role:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • At least three years of CRM experience (preferably in HubSpot).
  • Data-driven mindset with a solid understanding of analytics and reporting
  • Collaborative: Able to work as part of a cross-functional team to successfully manage and deliver projects.
  • Creative mindset: Ability to think creatively and develop engaging campaign concepts that resonate with the target audience.
  • Adaptable: Flexibility to adapt campaigns based on performance data and changing market conditions or changing business priorities.
  • Able to be assertive and are focused on execution: Ability to drive forward initiatives and get things done
  • Will have worked in financial services - investment management is preferable, specifically IFA/advisory
