My client is a fast-growing super-prime real estate brokerage based in London, specialising in the most exclusive properties in the city. They are known for their sophisticated approach, high-profile publicity, and dedication to delivering unparalleled service to our elite clientele. With an expanding team and a growing reputation, they are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to hit the ground running and lead their marketing efforts.

Position Summary

The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in managing and elevating the Company's brand across three key pillars:

  1. Brand Marketing
    • Agent Recruitment: Attract self-employed agents to join by showcasing the brand's prestige and opportunities.
    • Brand Visibility: Enhance their professional and sophisticated presence, aligned with the company's position as a leader in London's luxury market.
  2. Individual Agents Marketing
    • Provide branding tools to empower agents to elevate and promote themselves effectively.
    • Implement A/B testing and other strategies to refine and improve their personal branding and promotional efforts.
  3. Client/ Property Marketing
    • Create lifestyle-driven marketing campaigns to showcase properties, our primary revenue stream.
    • Ensure high-quality content creation, including brochures, social media, and additional marketing materials for new and existing listings.

This role will be central to both strategic planning and hands-on execution, making it an exciting opportunity for someone eager to lead marketing efforts in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Take ownership of the company's overall marketing strategy and execution.
    • Lead weekly meetings to approve plans, ensure content aligns with the brand vision, and review marketing strategies for the week ahead.
    • Support the development and execution of property brochures, campaigns, and event marketing.
  • Content Creation & Campaigns:
    • Develop high-impact marketing materials for new properties, including brochures, social media content, and bespoke campaigns.
    • Drive campaigns to enhance brand reputation and visibility.
    • Plan and execute campaigns for property-specific events and occasions such as Christmas, Halloween, and other key dates.
  • Event Participation & Award Submissions:
    • Oversee participation in key industry events such as the Spears event and other prestigious gatherings.
    • Lead applications for industry awards to strengthen the company's position in the market.
  • Agent Branding Support:
    • Work closely with agents to develop personal branding strategies and tools that align with company standards.
    • Provide hands-on guidance and creative support to elevate individual marketing efforts.
  • Growth & Recruitment:
    • Partner with senior leadership to attract and onboard new agents, ensuring they understand and align with the Park Lord ethos.
  • Collaboration & Flexibility:
    • Work closely with key stakeholders to deliver reliable and innovative marketing solutions.
    • Support on building the brand in one of its biggest growth periods.

  • Experience & Skills:
    • 3+ years in marketing, preferably in luxury, real estate, or lifestyle industries.
    • Proven expertise in social media management, branding, and property marketing.
    • Strong creative and strategic skills, with experience in content creation and campaign planning.
    • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and social media platforms.
