We are thrilled to be partnering with this renowned law firm who is seeking a proactive and dynamic Marketing Manager to join their team in London. This firm has an excellent reputation and carries out complex, high-profile work. This is an exciting time to join the firm – they have recently appointed a wonderful new Head of Marketing & Business Development who is championing the evolution of the function, so there is real scope long term and an opportunity to make an impact with a group of highly engaged stakeholders.

The remit of the Marketing Manager role includes:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, from inception through to delivery, measurement, and evaluation.
  • Utilise and enhance the marketing technology stack.
  • Write and edit content for various marketing channels, ensuring consistency with the firm's tone of voice.
  • Manage the firm's social media channels.
  • Brief and manage external agencies to produce high-quality creative campaigns.
  • Oversee legal directories and awards submissions.
  • Provide regular reporting on the performance of campaigns, social media, website, and other channels.
  • Advise Partners and Associates on achieving their business and marketing objectives.
  • Develop and manage in-house marketing training and inductions.

The successful candidate for the role will have:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a marketing or business development role, preferably within a law firm or financial/professional services.
  • Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns from conception to implementation and measurement.
  • CIM qualified (or equivalent), studying towards CIM, or willing to work towards qualification.
  • Experience with CMS and CRM systems, social media platforms, email marketing tools, and marketing analytics systems.
  • Experience in planning, managing, and optimising digital/social media.
  • Experience in planning, managing, and delivering online and in-person events.
  • Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels.
  • Well-developed organisational and confident communication skills.
  • Excellent copywriting, proofreading, and editing skills.
  • Pragmatic, self-motivated, flexible, and able to work both in a team and individually as required.
  • High professional standards.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office [1] .
