- Meeting with clients to develop tailored marketing strategies for events
- Driving brand positioning and awareness through digital marketing, media, PR, and social media channels
- Collaborating closely with the marketing team to generate ideas and lead campaigns and projects
- Analysing data to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting on trends
- Working alongside the sales team, attending meetings to assist and propose marketing packages and strategies
- Copywriting for digital ads across two websites, liaising with clients and following up where necessary
- Managing the administration of the website ad schedule
- Uploading digital ads to Google Ad Manager (training will be provided)
- Uploading exhibitor profiles and logos to the website, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Collaborating with VenuIQ to ensure the successful delivery of the app for the trade show
- Assisting in the creation and distribution of solus newsletters
- Supporting the creation and sending of promotional emails for exhibitors and visitors
- Uploading additional content to the website, including products, competitions, and more
- Reporting on digital campaigns for clients and providing insights
- Acting as the speaker liaison for the trade show
- Liaising with exhibitors to ensure smooth coordination
- Minimum 2 – 3 years of proven marketing executive or management experience
- Must be able to work 5 days based in the office based in Wimbledon
- An excellent communicator, both verbal and written
- Experience working in a role that focuses on commercial and client facing marketing
- Highly organised with a pro-active working style
- Tech savvy being proficient with Microsoft 365
- Team player and the ability to offer support outside of main responsibilities
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Adobe Creative Suite experience
- Able to be self-motivated and work autonomously on tasks
- Marketing Analysis and reporting experience
