EC1 Partners is a global FinTech recruitment agency with offices in London, New York, Miami, and Singapore. We are looking for a highly driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute EC1Partners' and EC1 Executive's comprehensive global marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering successful marketing strategies across multiple channels. You will be responsible for lead generation, branding, content creation, email marketing, PR, social media, internal comms, and events to increase visibility, drive revenue growth, and expand our client and candidate base globally.

The ideal candidate is naturally inquisitive and highly organised, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement the long-term company marketing strategy, with an emphasis on achieving B2B sales growth, market penetration and cost-effective customer acquisition
  • Coordination with sales teams in the UK, US and Asia, enabling them to meet their objectives
  • Manage the digital marketing budget, driving ROI.
  • Drive online marketing efforts to generate leads that support client and candidate acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
  • Own EC1Partners' brand efforts and ensure all marketing activities support a consistent and compelling brand message.
  • Generate media coverage and build relationships with key industry stakeholders. Successfully secure high-quality links and press coverage.
  • Manage and grow the EC1Partners' presence on LinkedIn.
  • Develop and implement client and candidate email marketing campaigns that effectively target and engage our audience.
  • Manage the development and execution of content marketing initiatives, including blogs, articles, and thought leadership pieces. Ensure content aligns with business goals and provides value to our audience.
  • Organise and manage all client events, from networking events to roundtables.
  • Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to utilise web analytics tools to track user behaviour, conversion rates, and overall website performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance user experience and engagement.
  • Track, analyse, and report on key marketing performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimise strategies and achieve business outcomes.

What we're looking for:

  • 4+ years experience in marketing in a fast-paced B2B environment. Experience in the FinTech industry is a bonus.
  • Strong relationship-building skills actively engage global and local stakeholders.
  • Skilled and proven experience ideating and bringing new internal and external brand and awareness campaigns and ideas to life.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to explain and translate complex technology concepts into simple and intuitive communications.
  • Adept at using data and analytics to track and measure results and inform decision-making and strategy direction.
