Global Beauty company are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Supervisor to lead their small but very effective team.

This skilled Marketing Supervisor will lead the marketing team to create and execute impactful messaging across various platforms. This role involves developing promotional copy, overseeing event planning, and preparing training materials, ensuring that all communications align with our brand and meet high-quality standards. As supervisor, you will provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative environment while driving communication strategies that enhance audience engagement and support business goals.

Key Responsibilities:-

Responsibilities

  • Team Supervision: Lead, mentor, and support the marketing team, ensuring high standards in all projects and communications materials.
  • Develop Communication and Marketing Materials: Oversee the creation of high-quality presentations and communication assets tailored for both internal and external audiences.
  • Promotional Copywriting: Write, edit, and review persuasive promotional copy for campaigns, events, and other marketing materials, ensuring a consistent brand voice across all messaging.
  • Proofreading and Quality Assurance: Ensure all written communications produced by the team are accurate, well-crafted, and error-free, maintaining consistency in tone and branding.
  • Training Material Development: Oversee the development of training content for large events and smaller team-based events, ensuring clarity, relevance, and engagement.
  • Event Project Management: Manage logistics, vendor coordination, and execution of both large events and smaller gatherings, ensuring seamless project flow and high-quality results.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to align messaging and strengthen brand presence across all communication channels.
  • Audience Engagement Strategy: Develop and oversee strategies for engaging diverse audiences effectively, focusing on clarity, engagement, and impactful delivery.

Experience:

  • 5 Years Marketing Communications experience
  • A good understanding of marketing concepts, principles, strategies, and best practices
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and guide team members.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience in promotional copywriting.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and expertise in creating and overseeing professional presentations.
  • Exceptional proofreading and editing skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Project management experience, particularly in organizing, managing, and executing events.
  • Creative and strategic mindset, with the ability to think creatively and innovatively and develop impactful marketing tools and communication resources.
