Senior Client Relationship Manager - 12 Month FTC

About the Role

Driving new business for the firm you will work within the Campaigns & Content team, developing firmwide campaigns and touchpoints that facilitate cross-selling. Collaborating with the Business Development team, you will ensure these touchpoints reach clients, generating conversations that deepen relationships and lead to new work opportunities.

Key Responsibilities include but are not exclusive to:

  • Working with the Business Development team to create infrastructure around key clients, maximising revenue opportunities through best practice account management and opportunity spotting
  • Driving the cross-selling collaboration toolkit programme by identifying relevant issues, promoting the programme internally, and creating toolkits with lawyers and the design centre
  • Conducting detailed research to identify client targets and working with Client Relationship Partners on opportunities to raise with clients
  • Recording activity and measuring success to ensure continuous improvement
  • Coaching teams on best practices for business development, client management, and opportunity spotting
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver client-facing materials
  • Maintaining a view of all prioritised issues and campaigns across the firm
  • Acting as a central point of contact for identifying cross-selling opportunities

About You:

  • A proven track record in business development within a professional services organisation
  • A solid understanding of how to identify and develop business opportunities within existing client bases
  • Experience in client account management and creating/executing campaigns and client touchpoint strategies
  • Familiarity with content creation and working with internal teams to deliver client-facing materials
  • The ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including Client Relationship Partners, lawyers, and business development colleagues
  • Experience in coaching teams on best practices for business development, client management, and opportunity spotting
