Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Be the primary contact for OEM accounts, supporting marketing campaign planning, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing enquiries and requests.
  • Service Delivery: Oversee account plans, monitor project milestones, and ensure timely project execution in line with SLAs.
  • Organic Sales Growth: Identify new growth opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to bring additional value to clients.
  • New Business Development: Support new business initiatives and build long-term partnerships with OEM clients.
