IT Talent is proud to be recruiting on behalf of our global payments client for an exciting 12-month contract opportunity. The role of Network Marketing Manager is based in London, offering flexible hybrid working arrangements. This position is inside IR35 and pays £550 per day.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned marketing partnerships professional to collaborate with some of the world’s most prominent merchant partners, driving consumer engagement and enhancing brand perception in the UK.

Your Way to Impact

Our client is one of the most respected brands in the UK, with over 23 million active consumers. This role will deepen engagement through impactful partnerships with top-tier UK brands, redefining how customers interact with and perceive the client’s payment services.

As a successful candidate, you will:

  • Champion the consumer: Deliver impactful partnerships by understanding consumer needs and advocating for the brand.
  • Be commercially minded: Identify, validate, and measure partnership success with the support of analytics teams.
  • Engage directly with customers: Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to develop strong co-marketing relationships with major merchant partners.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Use data to identify and approach potential partners to drive significant consumer impact.
  • Build business cases for prospective partnerships, ensuring positive ROI.
  • Collaborate with key merchant partners to agree on impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Execute campaigns across client-owned channels, paid media, and partner channels.
  • Analyse performance against KPIs, measuring success for both the partner and client.
  • Identify key learnings to enhance future partnership strategies.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Proven experience as a seasoned marketer, with broad consumer marketing expertise.
  • Background in partnership marketing or commercial roles.
  • Ability to work seamlessly with data and creative briefs.
  • Confident presenter capable of representing the client to major partners.
  • Results-driven with a test-and-learn approach.
  • Collaborative, eager to work in an international environment and across multiple teams.
