I am working with an established eCommerce company based in Camden. They are looking to expand the team and are looking for a Digital Marketer/Growth Marketer with hands-on digital/performance marketing experience to lead their digital acquisition strategy. Their focus is currently on PPC but they want to expand their channels to cover Paid Social and any other channels that could lead to greater customer acquisition.

This is a hands on role so requires someone who knows how to drive a good CPA through digital channels.

This role will lead the digital marketing activities, this role will be a mix of both hands on performance campaigns and strategic decision making, This role will primarily be responsible for acquiring new customers covering Paid Search predominantly as well as providing insights and recommendations for the wider digital Marketing strategy.

They are looking for a tenacious Digital Marketing Manager/Growth Marketing who is looking for a challenging role, they have a great foundation but need someone to build upon it. They are in an incredibly competitive space so they have to be incredibly agile and be constantly out manoeuvring their competition.

This role will focus on the delivery of performance marketing. You will need great communication and relationship-building skills as you will be working with multiple internal teams.

Heading up the digital team you will work closely with the Marketing Director to shape and deliver the digital strategy to increase leads and good quality drive traffic. This role requires an analytical thinker keen on monitoring ROI, who can bring ideas and have the drive to see both large and small projects through to fruition.

The company is rapidly expanding and keen to invest in digital. As part of the digital team, you will champion the value of Digital work with stakeholders to enable growth across the business.

The role will be based in their Brixton offices – 2 days per week (Wednesday & another day in the week) and be responsible for: 

  • Lead the development, execution, and optimisation of performance marketing strategies across multiple markets for Paid Search (Google, Bing), Display (Google, YouTube, Criteo), Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest), and Affiliate Marketing partnerships.
  • Mentor and collaborate with the Digital Marketing Executive to ensure effective campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting.
  • Oversee creative strategy for paid channels, partnering with the Creative Team to brief and optimise creative assets.
  • Collaborate with Merchandising and Ecom teams to align marketing strategies with product launches, stock levels, and website performance.
  • Drive growth of the Affiliate Marketing Programme in partnership with the PR team, expanding and optimising partnerships.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-efficient spend and forecasting to drive profitable growth.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all digital channels.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, including ROAS, CPA, LTV, and other KPIs, ensuring campaigns meet profitability and growth targets.

The Digital Marketing Manager role requires the following experience: 

  • Proven track record of optimising campaigns to drive growth, revenue, and improved ROI.
  • Strong budgeting and forecasting skills, with the ability to allocate spend efficiently.
  • A team-oriented individual who collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in fashion or luxury industries is strongly preferred.
