This is a stimulating opportunity for an experienced digital marketeer to join a fast-paced business at a really exciting time in their journey.Your new roleThey are seeking a skilled Performance / Digital Marketing Manager to lead their digital marketing efforts during a pivotal growth phase, for a 6-month period. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive paid social, paid search, display, and affiliate marketing strategies. This role requires a results-driven individual who can analyse performance metrics, optimise campaigns, and drive customer acquisition and retention in a luxury retail context.- Strategy Development: Design and implement performance marketing strategies across paid social, paid search, display, and affiliate channels to meet brand objectives.- Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and luxury market positioning.- Analytics & Reporting: Analyse campaign performance data, providing insights and recommendations to improve ROI. Prepare regular performance reports for stakeholders.
