About the Role:An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join a rapidly expanding residential development company. This dynamic role offers a chance to be deeply involved in various aspects of the business beyond sales management, including project budgeting, marketing, advertising, and design elements. As a key figure in the sales process, you will have the opportunity to shape residential projects from the ground up and drive significant growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales across multiple residential development sites across East London.
  • Oversee and coordinate sales teams, ensuring strong performance and alignment with company targets.
  • Be involved in all stages of project development, from the initial design phase to final sales, including marketing, media schedules, advertising, pricing, and the design of concierge and layouts.
  • Develop and execute budgets for each project, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver projects that meet market demands and exceed client expectations.
  • Report directly to senior management, providing insights and updates on sales and project progression.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales management within the residential property or real estate sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team to achieve targets.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain attention to detail.
  • Experience working across a variety of functions including marketing, media, and design elements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
  • Full UK driving license (travel across sites required).
  • Ambitious with a desire for growth-this position has the potential to develop over the next 2 years.

Package & Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary of £60,000 - £80,000.
  • On-target earnings (OTE) of £90,000 - £120,000.
  • Car allowance provided.
  • Monday office-based with the rest of the week spent on-site - flexibility to run own diary but no home working.
