Totum Partners actively seeks candidates for the newly created Revenue Control Manager role. Our client is searching for an experienced Revenue Supervisor or Manager to lead and support the business team and oversee Credit Control, WIP management, and Billing functions.

The Ideal Revenue Manager will be responsible for:

• Managing and developing direct reports

• Assisting in managing and reducing the firm’s lock-up

• Building relationships with key stakeholders across the business

• Acting as the point of escalation for all credit control, WIP management, and billing issues

• Ensuring compliance with all internal controls, policies, and HMRC/SRA rules

• Continually appraising existing systems and processes and leading any required change initiatives

• Organising cover for direct reports when required

The Ideal Revenue Manager possess:

• Relevant revenue supervisor or management experience in the legal sector

• Some system change management experience (desirable)

• Proficiency in using Excel

• The ability to influence and change behaviour

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Keen attention to detail

• Proactive in seeking out tasks and efficient execution

• Working accurately and efficiently

• Confidence in dealing with Partners and Fee Earners
