Fantastic new opportunity! Renowned Entertainment Studio are on the look out for an experienced Sales/Deal Coordinator to support their thriving TV Content business. If you have a passion for delivering top-notch admin support and building excellent client relationships then this is the role for you.

Hybrid working model based in West London - 3 month temporary position

This position is responsible for assisting the Deal Management team in all aspects of contractual sales management support for the Global Distribution Group

Summary of Role Responsibilities:

  • Clear product for sale
  • Research materials and asset requirements with Product Fulfilment
  • Assist with creating Customer Notices and Available Support
  • Deal entry of license terms for new deals into company databases
  • Deal entry for amendments to existing deals into company databases
  • Assist with tracking product for inclusion in output and deals, and library selects with customers as requested.
  • Ad hoc projects and requests as required
  • Prepare availability reports

The successful candidate will have 1 to 2 years experience working in sales support in TV and be comfortable reading and interpreting license agreement deals for product sales. Excellent MS Office skills and am enthusiastic approach will also stand you in very good stead!
