The Opportunity: As the Sales Director, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth through direct sales and through your sales department. You’ll be responsible for mentoring, coaching, motivating and training your time to ensure they are delivering on KPI’s and revenue metrics.You’ll work alongside Portfolio Directors and others within the Leadership team to ensure goals are aligned and ensuring you’re working in harmony.We’re looking for someone who can get the very best out of their team, someone to lead from the front, someone who enjoys managing a team whilst remaining in a selling capacity.We’re looking for a strategic thinker who is commercially aware and can create and deliver on a strategy.
