Sales Executive - Self-employed RemoteWe are seeking Sales Executive Remote for our well established and expanding recruitment enterprise. We offer in demand professional recruitment in sales, technology, and finance, with high margins. You must be a graduate ideally with interest or experience in sales, marketing, social media, or customer service. Full training in recruitment will be given. There is a clear progressive career path. We recruit at all levels. This opportunity would suit recent graduates with an entrepreneurial flair, one day wanting their own business.

We are in a booming and lucrative market. We work in various sectors and countries according to where the maximum potential profit is. Graduate Sales Consultants help companies recruit the key talent they need in a cost-effective way. We are fully retained meaning we work exclusively for clients with a deposit always paid before we start work.

Your role as Sales Executive Remote on starting will be to help us market our brand, secure client introductions and headhunt candidates for specific requirements. This will mean working on LinkedIn making connections and messaging, telemarketing, MS Teams meetings, using our comprehensive CRM which includes VOIP calling. We have six grades through which you can progress.

Appointment Setter - Intro and front loaded fees.

Senior Appointment Setter - Increase in status and income.

Sales Closer. - Permanent fees on all clients closed.

Recruiter - 30-50% of all placements

Partner - 50% of all placements plus ownership fee rights on portfolio

Managing Partner. - Partner plus 10% override on team to two levels.

On starting as Sales Executive Remote you will make connections on LinkedIn, telephone calls, visits, follow up emails, proposals. All activity is recorded on our CRM. In addition, from the start you will receive bonuses and participate in our fast-track training and development. As a Appointment Setter you can move up to Senior grade after your first deal and certainly in your first month. Your payment rate and bonuses and job role will be increased. You can then develop your career in Sales or move to being a Recruiter. You will participate in weekly online trainings and formal in an hotel trainings monthly.

We target a C-Level or senior decision makers in growth markets which has been assessed as having finance for growth. There are also international markets with huge opportunities such as USA, Dubai, Singapore. Overseas travel will be included in your work. Dubai presently is a strongly targeted market for us. Those succeeding in appointment setting with Dubai companies will be rewarded with an expenses paid trip.

Please note that Linkedin is a key resource. You will need to use your LinkedIn profile purely for Success Moves and should already have a presence there. We will provide content to start you off. Then we will show you how to turn it into a money magnet. On average you will spend half your time telemarketing and half with social media marketing.

All you must do as a Sales Executive Remote is learn and work this business very hard in the first month. You should be less concerned how much you earn as Trainee to instead how quickly you can progress to Senior Resourcer, Recruiter and Partner. Each grade has a significant rise in remuneration. You will receive personal coaching/training daily until successful.
