Our startup consultancy firm, based in London, is looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, managing inbound leads, guiding potential clients through the sales process, and closing deals with ambitious founders in the tech space.
Role Overview:
- Sales Cycle Management: Guide prospects through the sales process, from first contact to closing, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Client Engagement: Initiate and nurture relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and articulate how our services can help achieve their goals.
- Contract Negotiation: Prepare, negotiate, and close sales contracts.
- Performance Goals: Achieve monthly sales targets, directly contributing to the growth and success of our firm.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years in front-end sales, preferably in consulting.
- Proven Track Record: Strong experience managing the full sales cycle, from initial contact through to closing, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for building rapport and understanding client needs.
- Sales Acumen: Skilled in negotiation, with a proactive, goal-oriented approach.
