  • Accomplish maximum profitability from all aspects of the sales department
  • Proactively use the company database for customer follow-ups, to maximise sales and maintain repeat business
  • Carry out comprehensive and accurate appraisals of part exchange vehicles
  • Have the drive and determination to exceed all set targets and sales objectives
  • Adhere to company and franchise standards, policies and procedures at all times
What we need from you:
  • A full manual driving licence
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to understand and interpret our customer’s needs You will be motivated, with an enthusiastic approach to your ongoing training and development
  • Be computer literate, including MS packages
  • Smart appearance, friendly and approachable, with the drive to succeed
