Sales Manager (Estate Agency) - Stratford, London

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Estate Agent to join a leading Independent Estate Agency in Stratford, London, you will be at the forefront of the sales team, driving performance and ensuring excellence in service delivery. Your leadership will be instrumental in motivating and guiding the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.The PackageBasic Salary: £30,000 to £35,000On Target Earnings: £50,000 to £60,000

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
  • Provide guidance and support to ensure continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize sales revenue and market penetration.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new sales staff, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
  • Foster a culture of learning and development within the team.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular feedback and coaching to team members to optimize their performance.
  • Implement performance improvement initiatives as necessary.
