African sales manager - Required for this lovely established luxury tour operator based either in London or Cheltenham. Sales team leader experience in travel is a must, ideally Africa knowledge, salary around 39/42k depending on location, ote up to 60k max plus great benefits. African sales managers duties-Hybrid, looking after an experience luxury Africa sales team or 6 people, hands off, helping the team achieve sales targets through mentoring, training, regular 1-2-1s etc-Cultivate a collaborative and competitive environment where everyone thrives Recognise and reward top performers -Implement innovative incentives and team building activities-Continuous training, learning and development-Help organise regular fam tripsAfrican sales managers skills required-Sales management/Team leader experience in the travel industry, ideally within luxury travel-Ideally knowledge of Africa, but this is not a must-Able to work on a hybrid basis either in their London or Cheltenham office-Proven experience of working with a team and increasing salesAdditional information-Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm-Great benefits including 25 days holidays, fantastic bonus scheme, between 10/18k If you are interested in the above role please apply online or send your cv to quoting DT59422
