As a market leader in the UK property sector, they are looking for a proven Sales Manager to drive growth and lead the team in one of the capital’s most desirable locations.This is an exciting opportunity to lead sales operations, develop a high-performing team, and contribute to the future success of a growing, prestigious agency.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, ensuring they have the training and support needed to excel.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including property owners, buyers, and investors.
  • Manage the acquisition and listing of properties for sale, collaborating closely with the marketing team to create compelling listings and promotional materials.
  • Provide strategic direction to the team on negotiations and deal closures, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
Required Qualifications:
  • A proven track record in sales and team management within the real estate sector.
  • Extensive knowledge of the luxury property market, particularly in South West London.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to foster and maintain lasting client relationships.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and motivating a team to achieve ambitious targets.
Package:
  • Up to £50,000 Basic Salary
