We are seeking a smart and ambitious sales professional to join our team, with a proven track record of delivering sales targets and building client relationships.

Role: As a key member of the sales team, you will build new FMCG client relationships in the UK. You’ll position our company as a strategic partner, inspiring key stakeholders to invest. You’ll work closely with our Customer Success team to deliver success and grow relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive YoY sales growth across a portfolio of advertisers (dormant, lapsed, and active)
  • Manage the entire sales cycle (generating meetings, creating opportunities, winning business, managing client expectations, leading client relationships, nurturing relationships for growth, demonstrating campaign success)
  • Win new clients and develop existing relationships
  • Become an authoritative voice on FMCG digital media and promotions
  • Be a team player, displaying our core values

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years in a client-facing sales role selling marketing services, generating new business and growing client relationships. FMCG experience is preferable.
  • Proven track record of driving YoY sales growth and new business.
  • Positive, ambitious, conscientious, and resilient mindset.
  • Proactive, organized, goal-oriented, problem solver, responsive.
  • Confident, persuasive, attention to detail, data-savvy.

Remuneration:

  • £50K base salary + Uncapped Sales Bonus.
