About the Role
We are seeking a driven Sales Manager with expertise in both inbound and outbound sales to join our high-performing team. As an ambassador for the company, this role demands a deep, end-to-end understanding of customer acquisition and retention, with specific experience in financial services or B2B SaaS. The ideal candidate will focus on achieving ambitious growth targets while building long-term client relationships and representing our solutions to enterprise clients at the highest standard. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the full sales cycle with enterprise clients, from prospecting to closing.
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to enhance market presence and growth.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships, aligning solutions to client needs.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, progress reports, and market insights for management.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3+ years in B2B sales, ideally within Fintech or SaaS, focusing on enterprise-level clients.
  • Relevant experience in FinTech - specifically within VAT/GST Reclaim or Compliance processes.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with a solution-focused approach.

Compensation: 70,000 base + Double OTE
