Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure continuous improvement and professional development.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize sales revenue and market penetration.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new sales staff, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
- Foster a culture of learning and development within the team.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular feedback and coaching to team members to optimize their performance.
- Implement performance improvement initiatives as necessary.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met. Act as a point of escalation for client queries and concerns.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Conduct regular quality assurance checks to maintain high standards of service delivery.
- Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and property management, to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience. Collaborate on cross-functional projects to drive business objectives.

Working Hours:
- Weekdays: 9am - 6pm
- Saturdays: 9am - 4pm (with a day off during the week)
