BettingJobs is thrilled to collaborate with our client, a leading provider of digital products and services in the iGaming industry, to find a skilled Sales Manager to join their fast-paced team in London (on a hybrid basis).

As the Sales Manager, your main responsibilities include:

  • 360-degree business development cycle, from the initial outreach to commercial proposals and contract negotiations up until the post of sale and contract signature.
  • To manage and lead all sales opportunities within the business, with support from the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets and market growth.
  • Identify new market opportunities and potential clients within the iGaming sector.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and report to the Commercial Director.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and results.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Manage sales budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize return of investment.
  • Set clear sales goals and KPIs, regularly tracking and analysing performance against targets.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Key Skills & Attributes:

  • 5+ years’ experience in Sales or new business development.
  • Experience in the research and investigation of people and businesses to help increase sales potential.
  • Can demonstrate strong presentation skills when analysing and offering conclusions about research and data.
  • Ability to identify and prioritise market potential then devise strategic plans to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and goal oriented in meeting your own deadlines with little to no supervision
  • Excellent communication skills across all channels
  • Strong client facing skills with the ability to network and engage with all stakeholders

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience working in the iGaming industry
  • Experience working in sales in IT, software development or technology world
  • Understanding of web and mobile app technology
