Are you an experienced and driven Sales Manager, keen to take on the running and development of highly reputable Estate Agency in PCL? You will be given full autonomy to grow the market share and manage/run the office in your own way and your own style, whilst also hitting the objectives of the office. Key responsibilities of the Sales Manager:
- Taking a hands-on approach to listing new instructions.
- Overseeing the marketing of properties.
- Managing the recruitment of staff.
- Monitoring performance across the office against set targets and objectives.
- Networking with agents and developers to identify new opportunities.
- Planning and initiating new business development strategies.
As Sales Manager, you will receive the following:
- £40,000 - £50,000 basic salary plus initial guarantee
- Generous commission
- Company car
- £75,000 - £80,000 OTE
Requirements:
- A proven track record in selling residential properties in PCL.
- Confidence in dealing with figures and targets.
- Ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
- Driving licence essential.
