THE ROLE

As Salesforce Engineering Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following:

Team Leadership:

• Act as both a mentor and a manager, fostering a collaborative team environment
• Guide the team in establishing processes for deployment, testing, and overall workflow, rather than performing hands-on technical tasks.

Stakeholder Engagament:

• Work closely with various departments, including sales, marketing and customer service, to alig engineering efforts with business needs.

Salesforce Platform & Customer Journeys:

• Oversee the re-design of customer journeys, with Salesforce as the backbone of the application, central hub, and learning platform.

Your Skills And Experience

• Strong experience in salesforce development, especially with: Apex triggers, Lightning components and platform developer certifications (highly preferred)
• Strong track record of process-setting and technical mentorship

Interview Process

• 30-minute teams meeting with the Hiring Manager
• Technical assessment
• Final meeting with the Director of Data
