**Senior Marketing Manager - Global Luxury Fashion Brand - London**

We are currently recruiting for a leading luxury fashion manufacturer, whose brands are recognised around the world. As a company they turnover £100 million in the UK, have offices in a number of countries and employ around 2,000 people. This is working within a fast paced, glamourous industry where they are looking for someone who can shape and advance the strategic direction of their marketing campaigns.

Role:

You will be responsible for -

  • Develop and lead the strategic direction and vision for all their brands under the marketing function in UK & EMEA.
  • Oversee the brands strategy and management of external agencies, including advertising, performance marketing, and PR agencies to achieve short & long term objectives.
  • Establish and lead the creative direction of owned brand marketing campaigns.
  • Lead the overarching digital marketing strategy to build brand desire and drive qualified traffic to our own branded site.
  • Serve as a key interface between Ecommerce, Finance, Product, Creative, Sales and Brand teams to ensure all marketing needs are met with a customer-centric and channel-first approach.
  • Lead and inspire individual performance by coaching team members to reach their full potential, providing clear direction and feedback.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.

Candidate:

The ideal candidate will -

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably within the fashion industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering sales growth and key business metrics through the development and execution of successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience in B2C, B2B, and D2C marketing disciplines.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and empower a team to achieve ambitious targets.
  • High level of business acumen with the ability to analyse data, calculate ROI, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Confident in leading a "Brand’’ strategy in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
