About the RoleAs Regional Sales Manager, you’ll lead a dynamic team of brand ambassadors who are out there every day making their products the talk of the town. You’ll be the maestro of strategy, the ultimate motivator, and the heartbeat of our sales engine in London. This isn’t just about hitting numbers – it’s about creating a buzz and building brand loyalty.
What You’ll Do
- Lead & Inspire: Manage, train, and inspire a team of high-energy direct sales professionals ensuring exceptional training and onboarding
- Drive Results: Set and exceed ambitious targets by empowering your team to bring in new accounts and delight our customers
- Growth Strategy:Â Work closely with the Events and Logistics team to seek out and execute the right number of events to ensure customer acquisition numbers are achieved and in budget
- Data-Driven Decisions: Use real-time data to fine-tune strategies, measure success, and report on key wins to HQ
