We are seeking a Senior National Account Manager (SNAM) with a proven track record in FMCG Sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial acumen, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to drive and implement strategy.

Our client is one of the leading bar soap brands in the USA, and is experiencing rapid global expansion. They've recently achieved B-Corp status, and are known for their high-quality products. They are now looking for a UK based SNAM/UK Sales Manager to continue their growth and expand their presence in UK retail.
Description
- Hold full responsibility for all UK retail sales
- Help deliver the launch of the brand into new accounts
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders within the FMCG industry
- Hold full responsibility for P&L, JBPs, forecasting and reporting
- Continually assess market trends and competitor activity
- Drive new business development initiatives
- Ensure that sales targets align with the company's objectives and strategies
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports
- Work cross-functionally with different departments to execute marketing strategies and ensure customer satisfaction
Profile
- A strong background in sales within FMCG (beauty/wellness preferred, however other FMCG background considered)
- Proven experience at national account level across grocers and/or high-street
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent reporting skills
- Occasional evening calls required to East coast USA
- Self-starter, enjoys a fast-paced and autonomous working environment
