We are in search of an enthusiastic and motivated Sponsorship Sales Executive to join a growing B2B Events business based in London.

-This is a Hybrid opportunity

Our client is a global B2B events company specialising in industry-leading summits and bespoke dinners. This is an excellent time to join the organisation, as they are experiencing significant growth. They are seeking a career-driven, enthusiastic, and professional candidate to become part of their team. The role offers an exciting opportunity for global travel, depending on the campaigns you work on—though this is not mandatory.

The plan is to expand the portfolio, adding two new summits next year, along with multiple dinners. This ambitious expansion requires the business to grow the sales team to support these new initiatives and ensure their success. By increasing the team, they can effectively manage and drive the growth of these additional events, enhancing the global presence and reach.

Responsibilities

identify, target, and secure new sponsors for events from various industries.

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing sponsors.

Conduct regular meetings and presentations to pitch sponsorship opportunities to potential clients.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sponsorship revenue targets.

Research and analyse market trends to identify new sponsorship opportunities.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sponsorship packages and promotional materials.

Work closely with event organizers to understand event objectives and sponsorship requirements.

Ensure all sponsor deliverables are met before, during, and after events.

Assist in planning and executing sponsor-related event logistics to ensure seamless integration.

Requirements

Proven experience in sponsorship sales for a B2B Events business or a related field, preferably within the events industry.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Willingness to travel as required to attend events and meet with sponsors.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as being a very confident individual as you will be working with senior executives.

The ability to prioritise tasks and organise your time effectively

A driven individual/ someone who is keen to achieve targets and goals

Demonstrate confidence, self-motivation, intelligence, and an inquisitive nature

The role also offers the ability to progress within the business as they are looking to grow substantially before the end of the year.
