- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products, the industry, and competitors.
- Build and sustain regular client relationships, providing innovative and profitable solutions tailored to their business needs.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Production, and Operations teams to ensure successful event delivery and client satisfaction.
- Participate in weekly training sessions aimed at enhancing your skills in sponsorship sales.
- Manage and update sales forecasts, weekly reports, and a robust sales pipeline.
- Identify and approach potential customers through multiple streams.
- Proven experience in selling either sponsorship, services, advertising, tech or media in a B2B environment.
- Highly ambitious, with a drive for success and a clear desire to progress your career.
- Solid sales process experience, with or without formal sales training.
- Strong commercial acumen and business awareness.
- Ability to engage with clients at all.
- Passionate about personal development and honing your skills as a sales professional.
- Up to £55,000 basic salary plus uncapped, leading commission structure
