Sponsorship Sales Manager

Basic Salary: £40-55k Base (negotiable based on experience) + Generous Uncapped Commission Package

My well-established client is seeking an experienced Sponsorship Sales Manager to sell across a series of high-profile, international events within the financial and technology sectors.

P.S.You must have Sponsorship Sales experience to be considered for this role.

The Role

As Sponsorship Sales Manager, you will play a key role in securing new commercial partners and sponsorship revenue. You will be responsible for the entire process from acquiring new clients to managing and growing relationships with existing ones across both new and established industry-leading international summits. You will sell across the portfolio, focusing on new business development and upselling to existing clients.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Understand the specific challenges clients face within each market we serve and align our products to address those challenges.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the products, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients, formulating creative, profitable, and innovative solutions for their business needs.
  • Pitch sponsorship opportunities to C-level executives and directors within the financial markets sector.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, production, and operations teams to ensure the successful delivery of customer-focused events.
  • Work closely with the Managing Director to produce monthly revenue forecasts, sales reports, and manage your sales pipeline.
  • Identify potential clients from competitive media, events, and other business sources.
  • Be responsible for meeting revenue targets across the events portfolio.
  • Focus 100% on new business acquisition.
