We are currently seeking a Trade Activation Manager for a temporary position based in Hammersmith and Fulham, London. Join our client's dynamic team and play a vital role in developing and executing the go-to-market strategy for their brand. As a Trade Activation Manager, you will collaborate closely with the commercial team, product team, and engagement team to ensure the successful implementation of cutting-edge 360 campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the product team to translate the brand plan into winning go-to-market strategies, utilising key market insights for your channel.
  • Collaborate with account managers and Customer Activation Managers to develop tailored plans for each retailer.
  • Monitor and drive store performance and productivity, providing recommendations for door list management.
  • Lead pre-activation hype calls in partnership with the Retail & Education teams.
  • Represent the Business Unit in key meetings with retailers.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in developing go-to-market strategies and executing them effectively.
  • Ability to measure and report on the effectiveness of activation initiatives, optimising ROI.
  • Strong knowledge of sell-out levers and retailer activity plans.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and ensure maximum ROI.
  • Familiarity with forecasting and trade tools inventory management.
  • Passion for creating bespoke activations and delivering outstanding results.
